Perfect scrambled eggs (with avocado and smoked salmon)

I love British accents or words that sound more appropriate off of a British tongue. Jimmy has a habit of using words that sound misplaced in American spoken English, such as “heavens!,” “petulant,” and “delicious” and it thoroughly amuses me. For example, it would not be unusual to hear him say, “Oh, heavens, that kid is deliciously petulant.” It’s appropriate, then, to start off my favorite meal of the week – Sunday brunch – with my favorite accent and present to you the video that taught me how to make scrambled eggs. Take it away, Gordon.

This morning, I also added chopped up hockeyed apple smoked salmon and  avocado to the mix to make this colorful creation. Nothing like a bit of smoked salmon to make breakfast feel special.
